Hi Deepan,

I work on the North Carolina Bioportal (http://www.ncbioportal.org) and
we have a portlet interface to a large set of bioapplications. The way
we do it is via PISE (http://www.pasteur.fr/recherche/unites/sis/Pise/)
and the jobs then run on a compute cluster as Globus jobs.

It is currently based on OGCE1 which means it will take a little bit of
work to use them from Gridsphere. But we have done some OGCE2 (Gridshere
based) testing and the porting work is not too bad. You can find
documentation and code at http://www.ncbioportal.org/downloads/downloads.php

Let me know if you have any questions.
