[Gridsphere-users] GridSphere 3.1 release

What's the equivalent of the folder:
     "$home/.gridsphere/" 
on windows? What I meant is where should I copy the contents of
"$CATALINA_HOME/webapps/gridsphere/WEB-INF/CustomPortal/*"
on a windows system for the migration to succeed?
